Security Deposit Policy:
For services that require a security deposit, we operate under a 24-hour cancellation notice policy. If a client chooses to cancel a service, a refund of the security deposit is only possible if the cancellation is communicated within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Security deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made outside this 24-hour window.
